USAGE
Depending on the intensity of the heat and the cooking method.
The following tips are suggested:
- The heat must be moderate to strong.
- If you use skewers made of wood, soak them because otherwise they will burn and you will not be able to turn them.
- Do not overcook or cook your kebabs using very high heat because they will dry out and may burn.
- Leave space between the kebabs when placing them on the grill to ensure even cooking.
- Turn your kebabs often during cooking so that they are cooked evenly on all sides. It takes about 8-10 minutes to turn them and always depends on their thickness.
- Serve the kebabs hot, else the longer they remain unserved, they’re losing their juices, the fat freezes and they harden.
